A large aperature color matching spectrophotmeter provides extremely precise matching of existing wall color. The large spherical element provdes best matching of rough surfaces such as stucco and textured surfaces. Paint databases for many paint manufacturers are available. A stand up computer desk is supplied. Ample room is provided for the customers laptop, a label printer and additional work related items like workorders and handouts. 120 VAC plugs are located for plugging in the computer and printer.A twelve station color tint dispenser with either 1/48 or 1/64 shot guages are available. Works with most manufacturers color data bases.An industially rated paint shaker is suppled. this unit will handle one gallon cans as well as quart containers. Mixing is extremely quick and easy with preset timers built into mixer.This van has four seats for the crew. The additional two seats were added to supply more manpower and higher productivity at the jobsite.A full color backup camera is supplied which is in easy view of the driver. Camera is mounted at the top center rear of van for optimum view angle and safety.Six halogen work lights are supplied for nightime work assignments. Powered by the 110 VAC generator three switches contol the drivers side, passenger side and rear of vehicle lighting independently.Double wide powder coated aluminum cabines with push to close latches provide ample strorage of paint, tints, base and other supplies.A fixed mount pressure washer and hose reel with 50 feet of hose is mounted on the curbside of vehicle for safety and convenience. Double wide doors provide easy access. Compartment is air tight to isolate engine fumes from inside the vehicle.An LED directional arrow bar and LED strobe lights front and rear provide trafic control for safety while crews are working.

Description
This city wanted a complete and turn key graffiti mitgation system.  It had to have a short wheelbase and tight turning radius for maneuverability on small streets with tight turns . A 5500 watt Onan commercial generator povides power for the computer, paint shaker, tinter agitators, paint sprayer and overhead flourescent lighting. A single fix mounted airless sprayer and hose reel handlethe larger jobs.  Rollers and brushes are used for the smaller projects. The color matching spectrophotometer and computer software allow precise matching of buildings, walls, fences and other items for virtually undetectable mitigation of the most onerous of graffiti.
