Rear doors of trailer swing wide for ease of access when loading materials and equipment. Side man door alllows access to trailer without opening rear barn doors.Mounting of all equipment leaves center aisle clear for ingress and egress. Storage at rear of trailer on right side for traffic cones, pressure washer, paint supplies etc.A 2400 wat industrial rated inverter converts the power from the batteries to 120 volts AC to power the tinter agitators, paint shaker, computer, flourescent lights and airless sprayer.Integrated computer workstation with file cabinet keeps unit organized and provides strorage for workorders, consumer handouts and basic office supplies.14" stainless steel cleanup sink with overhead spring loaded faucet. Clean up of spray guns, roller pans and paint brushes is easy with this arrangement. Constructed of light weight aluminum and powder coated for corrosion resistance, these cabinets are mounted over the computer workstation for storage of the spectrophotometer, manuals, printer lavels or other supplies as needed.
System is supplied with a multi drawer workbench/toolbox. Ample storage area for tools, sray gun and pump parts, fuses and other accessories as needed.Dual 6 volt DC deep dischare, high amp hour batteries are supplied to to allow generous service time between battery charging. Batteries are similar to those used in golf carts for low maintenance and long life. An onboard battery charger and vehicle trail charger is supplied.A 12 station tint dispenser has enough tint colors to be used with most paint manufacturers data bases. Check with the factory to see if your particular paint supplier is available. Three dual tube four foot flourescent lights are supplied and distributed through the vehicle to provide a bright, ergonomic wirk area. Lights are powered by the 2400 watt inverter with no external power such as a generator required.A view from the side man door shows the large storage are available for supplies and equipment such as pressure washers or paint. Tie downs are available for specific uses.Manually operated air vets help to keep the trailer cool and allow circulation of fresh air and venting of paint fumes.

This customer had a limited budget and could not afford a full truck mounted unit. DTC coordinated with their graffiti mitigation and fleet services departments to provide a cost effective integrated solution for their needs. Modest in cost yet full in features, this unit will do  everything a full size truck system will do without the need for a dedicated vehicle.
