A large aperature color matching spectrophotmeter provides extremely precise matching of existing wall color. The large spherical element provdes best matching of rough surfaces such as stucco and textured surfaces. Paint databases for many paint manufacturers are available. Data from spectrophotometer is downloaded to the computer and matching software and a formula is generated for customers specific paint manufacturer. Consult factory for available databases.Computer work area is complete with file cabint for storage of work orders, handouts etc. Printer, label printer and desktop computer are shown. Some items shown are optional.12 station tint dispenser supports most paint manufacturers formulas.Simple piston-pump dispensing with notched self-zeroing gauges. Available with guages in 1/48 oz or 1/64 oz increments depending on paint manufacturers formula. 50 ounce(1.5 liter) tint capacity.Large aisle way allows easy acess to all of the vehicle work areas as wellas the drives compartment.Tool box with work vise allow maintenance to be doen on spray pumps and guns and tinters aswell as other miscellaneous tasks traffic sign maintenance.A double wide 24" x 24" statinless steel sink with spring loaded overhead faucet is conveniently provided for cleanup of painting equipment, pumps trays rollers etc.This particular customer wanted two color capability with dual fixed mounted pumps and hose reels for hose management. Each sprayer is equipped with 50- feet of hose on reel and an additional 50 feet for those jobs further from the vehicle.A small portable airless sprayer with a dditional heavy duty extension cord is supplied when for those out of the way jobs and where it is desired to minimize the amount of paint in the airless hose for cleanup.Heavy dutypowder coated aluminum cabinets provide for ample storage of raw materials, equipment and supplied. Push to close latches are operator friendly and efficient.Four strobe lights are provided at each corner of vehicle as well as a traffic director arrow stick at rear of vehicle. Dual worklight on the drives side and curb side of vehicle provide adequate illumination for night time operations.Convneniently located water tank filler along with connections for shore water and power connections avoid the need to idle the truck engine for long periods when working in the corporate yard for extended periods.

Description
This is the largest and most complete system manufactured by DTC. A 5500 watt Onan commercial generator provides power for the computer, paint shaker, tinter agitators, paint sprayer and overhead fluorescent lighting.  Dual fixed mount airless sprayers are used for painting with city wide, standard colors or large color matching jobs.  The color matching spectrophotometer and computer software allow precise matching of buildings, walls, fences and other items for virtually undetectable mitigation of the most onerous of graffiti.  Extensive storage cabinets and convenient coat and broom closets are included.
